The Domaine de Lintillac
20 rue Rousselet, 75007, Paris
The cold winter weather has now arrived in Europe, Olivier Astier proposes special winter traditional dishes such as "civet de sanglier ou de cerf" (venison); his "tête de veau sauce à l'échalotte"; or his famous "Aligot" together with his new selection of wines from the South-West of France such as Bordeaux 2001, Cahors 1999 or white Côte de Gascogne, and of course his spicy "vin chaud".
The restaurant is a small part of Corrèze right in the capital, near the Invalides, La Pagode cinema, the Rodin museum, Bon Marché and Montparnasse.
Come and discover produce from Corrèze and the south-west of France, in a relaxed, welcoming, family atmosphere.
You will be delighted by the charming, simple setting, evocative of the countryside, where you will find quality produce at affordable prices. In the basement, a room with vaulted ceilings is ideal for spending cosy evenings with your friends or family. The room can be booked for groups of up to twenty people.
You can also buy produce from the south-west of France for dinners and receptions at home or as a gift for friends.
The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 12 noon and from 7.30 pm onwards in the evening. We advise you to book your table, particularly on Friday and Saturday nights.
