Does anyone have any ideas how I would go about obtaining "une attestation mentionnant que tu te trouve en position reguliere au regard des obligations de service national".... provided by the British authorities???

As far as I'm aware, obligatory national service stopped in 1960. Being born in 1983, I though this might not apply to me... but apparently it does...

Any ideas are appreciated.

I would contact the British Consulate in Paris and ask them if they can provide something.

Have you tried the home office in the UK ? THey should be the ones to go to

If it's not a silly question, why is the person asking you in the 'tu' form?
And if it's not too personal a question, whatever do you need this attestation for?
