Animal Poison Control

PaulW writes in Pets & Animals

I am sharing this with you all because I had quite a dramatic incident the other day with my little puppy, Snoopy. He got ahold of and ate a decent amout of dark chocolate and became quite ill. I just learned that: "Chocolate can cause seizures, coma and death. Baker’s chocolate is the most dangerous. A dog can consume milk chocolate and appear to be fine because it is not as concentrated, but it is still dangerous." http://www.aspca.org/site/PageServer?pagename=pro_apcc_poisonsafe
