We believe this child and his mother are now in France and that Andrew is in kindergarden, possibly in the Ile de France area.

They travelled on Australian passports under the name of Melinda and Andrew Thompson to Europe via Frankfurt in 2008.

They may be using the names Melinda and Andrew Stratton or another covert name.

An arrest warrant was issued in Australia for the mother and sent to Interpol.
