Bilingual please, any recommendations?

There are quite a few listed on this site, two in 92 and four or five in 78.

I can't personally recommend any of them. I was looking through for a friend who was going to move here because of here hubby's job, but it all fell through, so we never got a chance to really check them out.

Hopefully someone else who has kids can give you a specific recommendation!
