The International Herald Tribune is edited and printed in Paris and available by subscription and at news stands. The weekday and weekend editions of the Financial Times is also readily available on the day of publication.

International English-language newspapers and magazines - such as the Economist, Time and Newsweek - are available at many newsstands, usually on the day following publication. 

Local print publications

Throughout the city, there are stands offering free publications targeting English-speakers in Paris. Community-oriented, they are an good source of information on cultural events held by anglophone associations

• France-USA Contacts (FUSAC): Distributed in restaurants, pubs, bars and English-language bookshops, this biweekly circular publishes classified and display advertisements on a range of goods, services and employment available in Paris. 
• The Connexion: National monthly newspaper in English with French news and current information relevant to expatriates living and working in France. Available by subscription or from some newsstands (presse).
• The French Paper: Monthly print publication about France, French news and living in France. Available at selected newsstands and by subscription.

Local news online

Go Go Paris: Art, fashion, nightlife, eating and drinking, theatre, dance, hotels, opera, TV, shopping, comedy, film.

ParisVoice: An English-language "webzine" with articles of relevance and a guide to arts, entertainment and dining out for anglophones in Paris. 

Irish Eyes: Online "magazine" for Irish people living in France and those interested in Ireland and France with relevant news and information. 

Radio

The BBC World Service is available on short wave, while the main BBC stations and other English-language radio can be received via many satellite TV installations. Radio on the Internet

Paris radio on the Internet

World Radio Paris (WRP) is a non-commercial community radio streaming over the Internet in English. It is based at the American University and works in partnership with the BBC and NPR. Programming includes BBC and NRP shows as well as locally produced talk radio and jazz nights.

Television

French channels Canal+ and Arte show some English-language programmes (particularly feature films),  however for more English-language television is available with satellite TV.

Canal Satellite and TPS, the two main digital satellite providers in France have merged. Between them, there are many channels, with a reasonable number of English-language programmes, including feature films, comedy, TV dramas, and documentaries - together with some English news feeds (from sources such as CNN, BBC World, Sky News and CNBC).

Alternatively, it is possible to access UK-based free-to-air (FTA) programming on the same satellite that broadcasts Sky Digital. Please note, however, that there is no legal way to access encrypted programming on that satellite while in France (such as Sky Digital's premium channels accessible only through a Sky subscription package, or those channels that may only be watched in the UK using a satellite receiver with a free-to-view - FTV - card installed).
